New Music: A$AP Ferg – ‘Tatted Angel’
While he readies his sophomore album Always Strive and Prosper
for early 2016, A$AP Ferg gets introspective on his new song “Tatted
Angel.” Over the Hit-Boy production, the Trap Lord reflects on the loss
of A$AP Yams (“Sometimes I wish Yams was never using”), love lost
(“Broke up with a good girl who had my back / Now it’s gon’ be hard to
find a real wife”), and his career.
“I’m thinkin’, all I need is a big tour with RiRi and a couple more radio hits to get TV,” raps Ferg, who also reveals that he’s trying to get Kanye West on his next album: “He workin’ on the album so it ain’t gon’ be easy.”
Ferg just launched his Trap Lord x Adi-Ease collection with adidas Originals, and will hit the road with G-Eazy in January.
