After running through hits like “Freedom” and “Happy,” “The Voice” coach introduced special guest Kendrick Lamar. The crowd went wild as the two performed the Pharrell-produced “Alright” off To Pimp a Butterfly for the first time together. The performers for the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards have finally been announced. A$AP Rocky, Pharrell Williams, and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis are among the acts on this year’s bill. They will take the stage, along with Demi Lovato, Tori Kelly, and Twenty One Pilots, at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, Aug. 30, at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
