Kanye Did a Surprise American Idol Audition
Kanye West is going to Hollywood. Yeezus himself made a surprise
appearance during auditions for the final season of “American Idol” on
Saturday. While in San Francisco for a Democratic National Committee fundraiser, ‘Ye surprised judges Jennifer Lopez, Harry Connick, Jr. and Keith Urban, who were holding auditions for the show.
“Is that Kanye West?” said a shocked J.Lo as the rapper entered the room.
He went on to impress the judges by performing “Gold Digger,” complete with the lyrics, “My psychic told me she’ll have an ass like Serena, Trina, Jennifer Lopez,” and J.Lo sang right along.
Kim Kardashian waited outside the room and greeted her husband who proudly showed off his ticket. “see u in Hollywood @kanyewest (you too @KimKardashian) #idolauditions,” tweeted Ryan Seacrest.
