Britney Spears has the hardest working dancers/pit crew on the Vegas strip ... and you've gotta see how they rallied to keep her ass from falling out onstage.
Brit was performing Saturday night at Planet Hollywood when something came unhooked, or ripped, in the
back of her damn near see-through bodysuit. She realized it right away, and signaled backstage for help -- but the best part is, she never stopped performing!
Her team was pretty amazing ... stitching her up while she continued dancing and singing.
Well, dancing anyway.
