Sam Smith and His Vocal Cords Are Ready, Healthy for Their American Tour

Mission accomplished, and right on schedule. Addressing his fans via Instagram, Sam Smith assured everyone that he and his throat have recovered from the vocal-cord hemorrhage that cut his Australian tour short earlier this year. "My throat is looking bloody fantastic," he wrote Wednesday night, obviously in all caps. "It's going to be a really tough month of shows but I can't wait to see you
all, and pray it's going to be a smooth ride." As promised, he will now sing like never before and transform back into (Mega) Adele. The tour kicks off Friday in Louisville, Kentucky.
