Miley Cyrus Makin' Out With Hot New Chick

The photo and video were shot Tuesday night in a parking lot in Hollywood. They both saw the cameras and clearly kissed to make a point, and it did not seem like a typical Miley gag.

We had to blur the video because Miley's hand goes south with Stella's help.
Miley has said recently she's bisexual.

Chris Brown Gets Tattoo on His Head

Chris Brown is getting some new ink…on his head. During a day off from his “One Hell of a Nite” tour, the R&B superstar got a tattoo on the back of his head. He shaved some of his hair to make room for the new tat, which appears to be the ancient Greek statue Venus de Milo, who can also be seen on the cover of Jay Z’s album Magna Carta… Holy Grail .
