If Twitter comments can be used to denote a victor, Drake is winning his rap battle with Meek Mill. Mill’s “Wanna Know,” his highly anticipated response to Drake’s diss raps, was slammed online Thursday. Mill maintains his stance that Drake does not write his songs, and makes specific reference to Drake’s “Know Yourself,” even playing audio of another rapper demoing a verse that includes a trademark Drake lyric, “Runnin’ through the six with my woes.” Mill also compares Drake to Milli Vanilli, the 1980s pop group that was exposed for lip-synching all of their songs. A Photoshopped image of Drake wearing French braids like the group is featured in the audio player.
